These long form portraits are completed using a reference photo of your favorite moment on your wedding day. We can even work together to design an idyllic moment that you weren't able to capture on camera!

These quick watercolor portraits, or "Guestures" as I've come to call them, are the perfect memento for guests to take home to remember your beautiful wedding.
How It Works
I set up a painting table during the cocktail hour or wedding reception and guests can line up and pose for a 5 minute portrait with their date, friends, or family.
The portraits get hung up to dry and are ready for guests to take home at the end of the reception!

"Brigid's incredible artistic talent was such a fun and unique addition to our wedding day. We wanted something personalized for our guests to take home, and her watercolor gesture portraits were the perfect thing!
During our cocktail hour and reception, Brigid set up a small table with her paints and worked her magic. She captured the essence of each guest and their full outfits in just 5-minute gesture sessions. The station quickly became a highlight of our reception, with guests eagerly lining up to have their portraits done. Even our venue staff couldn’t resist jumping in for a portrait at the end of the night! After each portrait was finished it was hung up to dry for guests to take with them at the end of the night. It ended up creating a fun additional piece of decor with everyone’s joy and personality on display.
Afterwards, we commissioned an oil painting based on one of our favorite wedding photos. The finished piece arrived promptly and absolutely took our breath away. It now serves as the stunning centerpiece on our wall and is a fun talking point when hosting friends. The way she layered in her own artistic interpretation makes this painting so much more special than the original photograph.
On top of all this Brigid’s communication and professionalism was top notch. We had several calls during the planning process where she took the time to understand our vision, shared style ideas and provided some example sketches to ensure everything was exactly what we wanted.
